• No AI/ML Training: We explicitly affirm that Google Workspace APIs and any data obtained through them are NOT used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
• Data Transfer: Your Google data is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising purposes, or used for any purpose other than providing our core service functionality.
• Secure Handling: All Google API data is handled securely and in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

• Account Deletion: When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal compliance.
• Google Data Deletion: When you disconnect your Google Calendar integration or delete your account, we immediately revoke access tokens and delete any cached Google data.
• Your Rights: You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@note.ski. We will process such requests within 30 days.
